Manish Chordia

Manish brings over nineteen years of rich and varied experience working with esteemed organizations like McKinsey & Co., WNS Global Services, LIC Mutual Fund and Crompton Greaves. During these years, Manish has supported consulting assignments, owned P&L responsibility for outsourcing teams, managed mutual fund, mentored Lean and six sigma projects and established knowledge management systems.

The areas that Manish has worked include establishing Vision and Mission for organization, designing long term strategy, identifying the right organization structure for performance, designing and rolling out the balanced performance measurement systems -organization barometer, optimizing sales force effectiveness including market sizing and opportunity identification, process optimization through application of Lean and Six Sigma, bringing change through applying establishing knowledge management. He has understanding of multiple sectors such as technology, telecom, pharmaceutical, retail, executive search and experience of working with Global organizations in US, Europe and Asia.

He has been guest speakers at management institutes and industry seminars.

Manish is a Chartered Financial Analyst from ICFAI, Masters in Business Administration from SIBM and an Electronics Engineer from REC Bhopal.


Advait Kurlekar, CEO Upohan

Advait has over seventeen years of valuable experience in industry and management consulting, having worked in leading organizations like Tata Motors, AF Ferguson, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cedar Consulting. Prior to Upohan, he was heading KP Consulting as part of Kirtane & Pandit Group based in Pune. Advait has expertise in the area of Business Strategy, Balanced Scorecard and HE consulting. He has directed over 250 Balanced Scorecard development projects for a wide variety of clients in Indian and abroad.

Over the last decade, Advait has led consulting teams successfully on a variety of projects across a range of industry sectors including banking, general engineering, automotive, retail, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, hospitality, media and advertising. He has handled consulting assignments in Singapore, Middle East, West Asia, South Africa, UK, France, and Germany. Advait is regularly invited to speak at national and international business conferences and seminars.


Raj Bhatt, CEO Knowledge Foundry

Raj has a strong foundation in analytics and specializes in distribution/ channel partner analytics, campaign design and reporting, churn/ attrition analytics, retail promotional optimization, inventory management.

Raj led CRM Analytics at Marketics (now WNS) since 2006 and started retail, telecom and financial services practices. He worked for 5 years at Booz Allen Hamilton (now Booz & Company) in New York, advising Telecoms, Media, and Financial Services clients. He also worked for Adventis (now CSMG Adventis) in New York; advised leading US telecom companies.

Academically, Raj has an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, Bachelor of Technology, IIT Bombay and CFA from CFA Institute USA.


Manoj Goel

Manoj has over four years of experience in Investment Banking domain and has worked with a leading investment bank. He has worked on varied assignments involving merger, acquisition, sale, privatization, equity raising and private equity transactions for clients in UK, Europe, and India.

Some of his important assignments over last four years were:

  • Integral part of the team for a $2.6 billion cross border acquisition in the healthcare sector
  • Helped a leading LAM Coke producer in India in successful execution of its IPO, despite the poor IPO grading of 2 out of 5 by CARE
  • Assisted corporate houses in investor relation services developing the brand image of the companies amongst investors

Manoj is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi, India. Prior to his professional degree, Manoj also acquired his bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University, India.


Tapan Jindal

Tapan Jindal, a Chartered Accountant, has rich experience in areas of investor relation services, equity research, corporate valuation and fund raising advisory services. He has helped a US based BPO company to add Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) stream in the revenue model and set a twenty member team for them. He is currently advising a company in its fund raising activities, the company is in the process of filing DRHP with SEBI. Besides he is assisting an INR 17,000MM conglomerate with Investor Relation Services to intrigue more investing interest. 6 PE firms and 2 Investment banks in talks with the company for infusion of fresh capital.

He has been invited as guest speaker on the topics like investment banking and corporate valuation by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Tapan has received several accolades on writing; authored several articles for various international periodicals like CIMA, and ICAI. He is also the youngest author in history of the ICAI to get his book recommended and included in the central council library. His book on Auditing for CA Intermediary level is running into 8th edition currently.


Himanshu Jain

Himanshu has more than 5 years of experience in research and consulting domain having worked in a top consulting firm. He has worked on various assignments involving strategic and financial research, consulting, insurance and corporate finance. He has been part of multiple engagements involving industry landscape study, sector analysis, revenue growth decompositions, portfolio shift of segments, problem solving through issue trees, corporate restructuring.

In his assignments, he has helped in the supply chain management of a leading heavy construction equipment manufacturer helping in reduction of costs. His experience includes working on corporate restructuring of a leading engineering company through demerger exercise. He has worked in business reengineering of leading logistics player helping in improvement its efficiency.

Himanshu is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi, India and Bachelors in Commerce from Panjab University, India.


Siddharth Nagpal

Siddharth Nagpal has over ten years of professional experience in managing offshore operations of research and consultative services with leading organizations like McKinsey, KPMG and Pipal Research. Siddharth has handled P&L responsibility for a wide range of research engagements across different verticals including Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) and Financial Services.

Some of the assignments include:

  • Managing client relationship for a large KPO services contract with a leading European Telecom Services provider. The responsibility set included hiring the right talent pool, training & managing relationships across multiple client teams to ensure smooth transitioning of research and functional positions offshore. As part of this client relationship, he, along with his team, worked closely with the client's Enterprise segment on the following:

    • Assisted the various aspects of client's insight, strategy & planning through "Win-Loss" analysis, customer insights and competitive Intelligence
    • Offered specialized marketing support across key functional areas like proposition development across specific industry verticals, marketing communications & campaign management

  • Besides this, Siddharth has been involved in developing numerous client relationships across Information Technology & Financial Services by ensuring high quality of execution & delivery as well as proactive business development support. Projects included market entry and industry analysis, competitor analysis, benchmarking and scenario planning studies using a multitude of qualitative and quantitative frameworks.

Being a key member of the leadership team with a start-up as well as an established professional services firm, Siddharth has been actively focused on ensuring high quality of service while setting-up and building teams from scratch. Besides this, he has been involved in numerous organization building initiatives around learning & development, recruitment.

Siddharth holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Delhi University and a Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune.


Aditya Chordia

Aditya has more than 18 years of diverse corporate experience working in Australia, India and USA. Currently based out of Sydney, he is focusing on Project Management assignments e.g. Project consolidation, Migration, Technology and Support etc. in Australia. He also provide expert guidance to the team in India.

  • Managed successful projects with multiple streams like Business, IT Development, Infrastructure, Vendor management, Testing and Change management.
  • Proven experience in implementing project governance and execution frame work.
  • Strong background in Superannuation, Wealth Management (BFSI), Life Sciences and Manufacturing domains.
  • Managed teams spread across various locations i.e. near shore, onshore and offshore.

Aditya has worked for leading organizations like Crompton Greaves, ABB, a leading Wealth Management Firm in Australia, a Health Insurance Provider in USA, HCL Technology and Suncorp.

Aditya is a certified practitioner for Prince2, Prosci ADKAR Change management and have gone through Fast Track General Management Certification Program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B), India. Aditya is an Engineer from Manipal Institute of Technology and Masters in Business Administration from Newport University, California.


Nikhil Gupta

Nikhil has more then eight years of experience in sales, research and consulting domain having worked with leading organisations such as AstraZeneca Pharma and WNS Global Services. He has delivered variety of assignments such as sales and business development, exploratory research, market feasibility studies and business research primarily in pharma and healthcare domain.

The areas that Nikhil has worked include developing long term strategy, change planning, stakeholder management, project feasibility and evaluation. In his recent consulting assignment he has helped a UK based renewable energy company to develop a business model and a detailed strategic plan to raise multi-million pound venture capital investment. He is currently helping them to set-up a supply chain to source the efficient energy products from Asia into the West African markets.

Nikhil has an MBA (International Business) from University of Birmingham, UK and Bachelors in Pharmacy from Bangalore along with Prince2 project management certification.
