Manish has worked on establishing Vision and Mission for organization, designing long term strategy, rolling out strategy through Balanced Scorecard. Over two decades of rich and varied experience working with esteemed organizations like McKinsey & Co., WNS Global Services, LIC Mutual Fund and Crompton Greaves.

Manish is a Chartered Financial Analyst from ICFAI, Masters in Business Administration from SIBM and an Electronics Engineer from REC Bhopal.

Punit, a former CHRO of a major Tata Group company, is an accomplished HR leader with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries. His expertise encompasses the full spectrum of people processes, including HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, and leadership development.

Throughout his career, he has held key roles in renowned companies such as McKinsey & Co., Tata Motors Finance, American Express, Escorts Finance, and Foremost Factors, contributing across various cross-functional areas. Though a chartered accountant by qualification, Punit’s true passion lies in HR. He is also an executive coach and an enthusiastic follower of the stock markets.

Bhavna brings on-board research and analytics skills and an extensive experience of managing multifunctional complex projects aimed at enhancing the top line or improving the bottom-line for the organization.

Bhavna is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi, India, Certified FRM from GARP, US and Bachelors in Commerce from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi, India.

Has ~20+ years of diverse corporate experience working in Australia, India and USA with ABB, Crompton Greaves, HCL, ANZ etc. Aditya is an Engineer from Manipal Institute of Technology and Masters in Business Administration from Newport University, California.

Priti is a Partner and financial investor in Rescon Partners. She is the sounding board to discuss all challenges and decides on the long-term strategic plans for the Firm. She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Sukhadia University, Udaipur. A doting mom of her adult daughter, she enjoys Traveling, Reading, and watching Bollywood movies.

Ritu specializes in “Go-to-Client” strategic engagements for top technology clients featured on the Gartner Magic Quadrant. She has analyzed companies across multiple industries and geographies, with expertise in market assessments, competitive landscaping, identifying white space opportunities, and tracking disruptive changes and technology evolution. Ritu holds a BBA in Finance, a diploma in Liberal Arts, and an MBA from Cardiff University in the UK. She has experience working with Tata Capital, Elara Capital, and Wizcraft. In her personal time, Ritu stays fit through swimming and kickboxing, and she is also a dedicated bachata and salsa student.

Amardeep analyzes retail trends and forecasts across several verticals globally to comprehend the landscape, opportunities, and difficulties at the market and city levels. Additionally, she has analyzed businesses from various industries, including banking, architecture, and construction, across international markets. She has over ten years of experience and has previously worked for many multinational companies. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University Business School at Panjab University, Chandigarh, and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. A mother of two who strives to maintain a healthy balance between her personal and professional lives frequently finds inspiration in the butterflies, which stand for “Sometimes messy, but always beautiful!

For the love of business and marketing, Surbhi chose to opt-out of a science background to explore business administration for her grad and post-grad. With more than five years of experience, she had always envisioned creating an impact either as a head of marketing or as a client strategist. Being curious and research-oriented made her join Rescon Partners and switch on her research and learning mode. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, who happens to be an Airline Pilot and her tiny toddler. The soundlessness and the sound of nature inspire her. Surbhi is in love with Music and loves watching movies. She feeds her mind by reading books, be it science, encyclopedias, or anything non-fictional, and prefers meditating to anchor her soul.

With more than five years of professional experience, Bushra has developed her expertise in setting up and managing IMPACT from Spider Strategies, dedicatedly delivering exceptional results for our clients. Her core strengths revolve around analyzing companies and industries and implementing long-term strategies through the Balanced Scorecard framework. Moreover, she had the privilege of teaching postgraduate students at the esteemed Jamia Millia Islamia University in New Delhi.

Her academic background includes an MBA in International Business from Jamia Millia Islamia University University and a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.

Beyond her professional life, she is a passionate foodie who loves to try new cuisines. As a new mom, she loves to treasure every moment she spends with her adorable daughter.

Radhika has more than five years of Corporate HR / IR experience with IT & Manufacturing companies. In her current role at Rescon Partners, she is focusing on analyzing Retail landscapes for international clients. As a creative person, she also worked with clients like Patchworld, GuideMeDoc, ThemeWeavers, curating content for their social media and providing other creative requirements. As a Graphic designer, she worked closely with the marketing teams to provide content for the client’s B2B and B2C requirements. Radhika holds a master’s degree in MA Human Resources from Wolverhampton University and a bachelor’s degree in Physics & Electronics from Bangalore University. Radhika is a voracious reader of both fiction and non-fiction, a passionate dog lover, and a mural artist.

Siddharth works within Rescon Partner’s business intelligence and business research practice. He helps organizations establish business intelligence using Balanced Scorecard principles to monitor their strategic performance. On the research front, he advises multinational clients on their “Go-to-Client” strategy by analyzing their potential customer accounts in detail and has worked on projects across various industries like IT, Banking, and Real Estate. Previously, he had interned with Invest India’s oil and gas team and has also worked at an early-stage startup as a product intern. Siddharth is a Statistics Honors undergraduate from Delhi University and is also pursuing CFA certification from CFA Institute, USA. He loves discussing geopolitics and has a knack for personal finance.
