Manish has worked on establishing Vision and Mission for organization, designing long term strategy, rolling out strategy through Balanced Scorecard. Over two decades of rich and varied experience working with esteemed organizations like McKinsey & Co., WNS Global Services, LIC Mutual Fund and Crompton Greaves.

Manish is a Chartered Financial Analyst from ICFAI, Masters in Business Administration from SIBM and an Electronics Engineer from REC Bhopal.

Bhavna brings on-board research and analytics skills and an extensive experience of managing multifunctional complex projects aimed at enhancing the top line or improving the bottom-line for the organization.

Bhavna is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, New Delhi, India, Certified FRM from GARP, US and Bachelors in Commerce from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi, India.

Has ~20+ years of diverse corporate experience working in Australia, India and USA with ABB, Crompton Greaves, HCL, ANZ etc. Aditya is an Engineer from Manipal Institute of Technology and Masters in Business Administration from Newport University, California.

Praveen has over 25 years of experience with a proven track record of building high-performance teams & businesses.

He brings to the table a deep sense of understanding of the Indian & Asian enterprise market, a value-driven approach toward people management, and an ability to drive high-growth businesses.

He has had extensive global exposure during his tenure with Shell, McKinsey & Co., Samsung, & IBM.

Praveen is a Mechanical Engineer from the Manipal Institute of Technology & has done postgraduate business & leadership programs from Singapore Management University and IIM Bangalore.

Priti is a Partner and financial investor in Rescon Partners. She is the sounding board to discuss all challenges and decides on the long-term strategic plans for the Firm. She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Sukhadia University, Udaipur. A doting mom of her adult daughter, she enjoys Traveling, Reading, and watching Bollywood movies.

Amardeep analyzes retail trends and forecasts across several verticals globally to comprehend the landscape, opportunities, and difficulties at the market and city levels. Additionally, she has analyzed businesses from various industries, including banking, architecture, and construction, across international markets. She has over ten years of experience and has previously worked for many multinational companies. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University Business School at Panjab University, Chandigarh, and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. A mother of two who strives to maintain a healthy balance between her personal and professional lives frequently finds inspiration in the butterflies, which stand for “Sometimes messy, but always beautiful!

For the love of business and marketing, Surbhi chose to opt-out of a science background to explore business administration for her grad and post-grad. With more than five years of experience, she had always envisioned creating an impact either as a head of marketing or as a client strategist. Being curious and research-oriented made her join Rescon Partners and switch on her research and learning mode. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, who happens to be an Airline Pilot and her tiny toddler. The soundlessness and the sound of nature inspire her. Surbhi is in love with Music and loves watching movies. She feeds her mind by reading books, be it science, encyclopedias, or anything non-fictional, and prefers meditating to anchor her soul.

Nikita is a Strategy Consultant at Rescon Partners based out of Melbourne, Australia. Currently, she is donning multiple hats – in addition to being a consultant at Rescon Partners; she is pursuing her Master’s degree in Engineering Management at the University of Melbourne. She is passionate about robotics and automation and completed her undergraduate degree in the same field – Mechatronics Engineering in 2018 from the Manipal Institute of Technology. She then went on to work with Deloitte Consulting in the digital transformation practice, where she worked with industry-leading clients in the high-tech sector. Her other interests include playing badminton, reading books, watching thriller movies, and traveling – most often to a beach and watching the sunset.

Radhika has more than five years of Corporate HR / IR experience with IT & Manufacturing companies. In her current role at Rescon Partners, she is focusing on analyzing Retail landscapes for international clients. As a creative person, she also worked with clients like Patchworld, GuideMeDoc, ThemeWeavers, curating content for their social media and providing other creative requirements. As a Graphic designer, she worked closely with the marketing teams to provide content for the client’s B2B and B2C requirements. Radhika holds a master’s degree in MA Human Resources from Wolverhampton University and a bachelor’s degree in Physics & Electronics from Bangalore University. Radhika is a voracious reader of both fiction and non-fiction, a passionate dog lover, and a mural artist.

With more than five years of professional experience, Bushra has developed her expertise in setting up and managing IMPACT from Spider Strategies, dedicatedly delivering exceptional results for our clients. Her core strengths revolve around analyzing companies and industries and implementing long-term strategies through the Balanced Scorecard framework. Moreover, she had the privilege of teaching postgraduate students at the esteemed Jamia Millia Islamia University in New Delhi.

Her academic background includes an MBA in International Business from Jamia Millia Islamia University University and a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.

Beyond her professional life, she is a passionate foodie who loves to try new cuisines. As a new mom, she loves to treasure every moment she spends with her adorable daughter.

Simran is a versatile professional with expertise in data analysis, secondary research, and the ability to provide insightful synthesis customized to meet client requirements across insurance, software, engineering, energy, telecommunications, animation, and many other industries.

She holds a degree in Financial Investment Analysis from Shaheed Rajguru College, Delhi University, and is currently pursuing a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute, USA.

Outside of work, she dedicates her time to assisting her younger siblings and enjoys weekends through either binge-watching or quality time with friends.

Khushi is a Business Analyst at Rescon Partners, where she specializes in transforming raw data into strategic insights to help clients make informed decisions. She is dedicated to financial analysis and ready to ace the FRM Part 2 exam soon.

She is a B.Com Honors graduate from Shivaji College, Delhi University, and currently resides in Delhi. In her leisure time, she loves to embark on coffee adventures in Delhi’s trendy cafes and indulge in some fun series or shows.

As a Business Analyst at Rescon Partners, Kinshuk extensively reviews global retail trends across diverse sectors, aiming to understand the market and city-level dynamics while pinpointing opportunities and challenges. Her strong analytical approach facilitates collaboration with client teams, contributing to strategic decision-making. She is a Delhi-based professional with a degree in Economics from Shivaji College, University of Delhi.

Outside the professional sphere, Kinshuk enjoys exploring Delhi’s cafes and capturing the beauty of nature through her photography. Her name signifies a flower that blooms throughout the year but personally, she blossoms the most during the rainy season.
